Industrial designer
Jorge Enrique Reyes Flandes is a Mexican industrial designer with experience in product development, combining creative sensibility, strategic thinking, and technical knowledge.
He has collaborated on projects for national and international companies, both independently and as part of design teams in Mexico, Spain, and the United States.
Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the Gestalt University of Design and a Master's degree in Product Design and Development from the Barcelona School of Design.
He has also participated in the international Advance Design Offsite Pro program, which focuses on advanced innovation processes and project-based thinking.
His work has been recognized in competitions such as the ADI Awards, Diseña México, the Ibero-American Design Biennial (BID), and the international Braun Prize competition, where he was selected as a finalist.
Since 2020, he has combined his professional practice with teaching at the Gestalt University of Design, where he fosters new generations of designers with an experimental, critical, and multidisciplinary approach.
Their approach explores the balance between aesthetics, function, and productive viability, always seeking alternatives that connect knowledge, context, and design with purpose.
